Good 10/22 Trigger Kit

My 10/22 shoots really well, but has an 8-9 pound trigger pull. I would really like to take it to somewhere around 3 pounds. There are a million 10/22 accessories so I wondered if any of you had good or bad experiences and if you could recommend a product? Thanks.
