I saw pictures of the Spider Bull. I'm wondering why there didn't seem to be any evidence of fighting with other bulls, broken tines, etc. For that late in the rut, it would seem there should be something. Has anyone every picked up any sheds of this bull in previous years? Has anyone had any video footage of this bull in previous years, other than this past summer? Do you think its possible that someone could "hoax" the hunting community by passing off a farm raised bull, as a free roaming animal? Just wondering.

All the conspiracy theorists really crack me up. It REALLY is possible for a monster bull to exist on units in Utah and never be video taped or have their sheds found. I am sure there are monster bucks and bulls in some of Utah's more rugged units that go a season or two and are never seen. The Monroe unit has some area where a bull could get lost pretty easy.

To your question, I suppose a game farm dude could try to hoax the hunting community, but that would be VERY stupid on his part. He would have FAR more to gain by preserving the bulls life and gaining monetarily by breeding the bull.
