Just a culture thing. I'll never forget my first visit to a Montagnard village in the central highlands of Viet Nam. The Montagnard people are tribal people that live in those jungles. They had this pack of the cutest little pups frolicking about; I wondered where the children were that belonged to the dogs. I was told that was just a pack the village kept for meat for the stewpots! They also ate fish, rats, monkey, snake, land crabs, lizards or any other source of protein to add to their mostly rice diets!I don't think the rez or tribal elders, or your Park City group would even consider this option, though!;-)

No, they would never eat puppy, haha
