Your reference to how this dam has been built is about as credible as the reporters claim to standing in 2-3 feet of water!

lol nvhunter ...She's not getting wet with 12" boots on but she claims to be standing in 2-3 feet of water. News broadcasters know nothing about anything....it seems.
