Might need to make a run out here for some yotes. This little gully was full of sage brush and bunnies and yoties. High water might of pushed em to the flats. I am betting Butch Cassidy did it to get the train to stop so he could robb it.

This happened to me the night Billy's Mountain slid and dammed the river and flooded the town of Thistle. My wife was in labor 5/3/83 I was working south of Thistle and I got a call she was headed to hospital. It was 11 pm or so I headed out breaking all kinds of land speed records for a ol Ford pickup. I seen flashing lights up ahead a couple cars had stopped. I am thinking what are these dorks doing. I figure I would just go around them NOT by the time I got stopped I was in 3 foot of water. I got lucky never made it to the hospital in time.
