Any Hiking/Camp Ideas

So I have a group of friends, 8 people total, who make a yearly hiking/camping trip. Over the last few years we have made a trip to Bear Paw, a High Sierra camp in Sequoia National Forest. It is one of those camps where they have tent cabins, food and showers. You hike 11.5 miles in, and then do day hikes from there. You pack light because they have a place to camp, shower and they feed you. Great trip for people who are not normally into serious hiking and back packing.

Unfortunately the trip we planned this year has been cancelled because of the tremendous snow pack. I am trying to come up with an alternative.

Anyone have any thoughts on a 3-4 day trip? I was thinking if we could even stay at a hotel around Bryce and take good long day hikes from there, that might work. I do not know of any particular day hikes or places to stay. Looking for local knowledge, or someone with prior experience. Or some other place. In other words, a warm bed, showers and food at night, but good day hikes.

LAST EDITED ON Feb-15-17 AT 04:30PM (MST)[p]Rubies Inn is at the top of Bryce, but you would have just day hikes. Lots of one day trails and loops. Lots of snow this year, I'd wait til June. You could also mix it up with some road or mtn biking.

Also consider Zion N.P. If you stay at the lodge you can take your vehicle inside the park, and it is probably not too late to reserve a few rooms at the lodge, if not the cabins (which are pretty nice for two people). There is a lot more hiking around Zion than Bryce, but perhaps you can swing both.
