One of the 90 released kangaroos in Wyoming has already made it to the city and the problems have just begun! (We won't know for awhile if predators will keep their populations in check or not)

There's always unintended consequences when you introduce non native species, especially from Australia. Overall it should be a positive though, especially for the tourist industry.

News came out on April 1st. But seriously I like the idea if wolves would prefer them over elk and deer.

I have not heard of this. What was the motivating factor in this release?

*We are all in the same boat, just
wishing to be hunting right now!*

April 1st was the motivating factor.

HOOK 'EM!

I'm starting a new conservation organization: Foundation for Unlimited Kangaroos, United. I'll be asking thousands of people to volunteer to raise money, sell beer coozies, kangaroo paintings and sculpture and buy a magazine and custom license plates. I'll be the only (high paid) employee. The purpose is to help people understand how kangaroos are a part of our national heritage, protect their fragile ecosystem and for me to go on kangaroo hunts. Someone has to do something or we're all screwed. That someone is me. You're welcome.

LOL. Great idea. I'm sure you will get plenty of people to donate." SAVE THE KANGAROOS ". I hope to retire in about three years. By then you'll undoubtably be swamped keeping up with all the work. I'll be glade to help you out. For a nominal salary of course.
