Some say the first and last day of owning a boat are best. My years in Washington State with a boat were cherished. I caught more Steelhead than anyone would believe by practice and countless hours learning every nuance and method.
I think for Idaho I need a jet boat and after moving to a home with less room for toys we just didn't have room for the boat also. If I still lived in Washington you would have to pry my fingers off the boat. Here I have my Atv' s and Backpacking gear to get to a myriad of fishing holes.
I looked forward to getting a few things with the proceeds. Instead I am getting a Thyroidectomy today and will have to pay the bills. It's cancerous but I always make it through the hurdles placed before me.
I've learned from so many on this forum to be positive and dig in. Also I am in a positive mood.
I will share how it went in a couple days.

Good luck! Sucks to here fun money needing to be used on such things, but as long as it keeps you strong for more seasons then it's ok.

Well, I guess that's one way to let everyone know you have cancer. Prayers for you my friend!

One thing about life, you have to be flexible and keep pushing forward. I'll fish for steelhead where boats can't go, any time I get the chance.

DANG It!

That Ain't a very Good Trade DM!

Hope Everything Goes Well for you!

Best of Luck!

Glad to hear you're home, and in your safe place DM.

I've said this before but it's important that it gets said again.

You fight this man! Modern medicine is amazing, it get's better and better every single day. The longer we live the better chance we have of continuing to live. By the time you come up against it again, they will have will have developed something better to cure you.

I have two friends, both have had cancer for over twenty years. They told them they had 2 to 4 years left, twenty years ago, but every time their time comes up, the docs have something new and better to treat them with and so it has gone, for twenty years.

I've watched you fight, you're a winner, I believe you'll beat this. I wish you all the best.

I gave you a reply in email.

I contacted Washington DC, my old Office HQ staff and the answer is on the email. You may not need to seek "That" MARY because she is in Washington DC HQ but, the Program reports will get to her.

Let's keep your reply in email.
