Totally a woman thing, I see little difference between a face lift and a set of phony breasts. It isn't really but if she need to wear it to feel special, it's none of my business.

I don't die my hair, or get my nails painted either but my wife seems to think it's important so I who am I to tell her what's good or not, for her.

I can tell you this, if fake boobs are a proven gateway to a divorce, you're already toast, better lawyer up now, before more of the inventory is gone.

not married plus she is a lady and older then me. I have a few friends that had wifes who runned off but I will have see see if any had fake cans. sounds like a bad idea.

Lumpy you really are a wise old man. ;-) You beat me to that comment.

I remember waaaay back when I was a young smartass sprout I referred to my then girlfriend, now wife, as the "old lady". I made the comment to a woman I had literally known my entire life and thought a lot of who told me in no uncertain terms that if I EVER referred to my GF as the "old lady" again she would personally kick my ass. Duly noted. Decades later its still a rule I follow.

Everyone's right in that you'll be split up afterwards. Women don't get them for men, they get them because of competition with other women. I watched a situation about 15 years ago where there was a group of 5 real pretty women working in an office together. One lady got them, within 3 years all of them had them. The marriages broke up one by one after that. It's like they feed off of each other. The only formula I noticed that's a winner is if the lady had them before you met her.

I was trying to buy one for my daughter. I ordered it and it never showed up. But I guess there of not good use. You know they are really only for looks. I bought her a pink Colt Ar 22 and that is one of the cool screw on accessories. Maybe I can order her another one and see if it comes in !

Yea, Im with lumpy. My wife buys, and lets me buy, darn near any gun toy I want. If she wants to get some pampered chef, expensive knife set or fake boobs, that's ok by me.

When she asked me about getting them, all I did was make sure she knew she was loved either way.

We've been together too long to worry about what may or may not break a marriage. No cheatin', no beatin' and live a happy life.

She bought me my own cans too.

I only know of a single woman who got fake ones and didn't get a divorce but that's because her husband died within a year of her getting them. Don't know if that was connected.

That stuff is the marital kiss of death. Don't know why, but it is what it is. Wish it was different.

Most women don't get them to "feel better about themselves" they get them to attract attention from men, because they aren't happy with their current man. Happened to my younger brother, 18 months later she's out the door!
