The distance could not be officially confirmed but it was several hundred miles and repeated hundreds of times. Several different types of rounds rockeye, gators, 500 1000 and 2000 pounders. Guess I've been the pot callin the kettle black this whole time. Thanx for enlightening me feddoc

I know it's not ethical, but 36 yards at a running turtle. It required two follow up shots. Not something I'm proud of but we were all young once.

107 yds. Guess you could say I've killed my big game up close. I sure do enjoy the in your face type hunting that bowhunting brings. On average I'd say most of my kills have been within 50 yds. I would like to build a gun and see what I can do on the rifle range some day.

I once killed a magpie with a .22 revolver at 125 yards, I believe considering weapon limitations that is my greatest shot ever! (A man matching my description once killed a bird we aren't supposed to shoot at with a nailgun at 30 paces, allegedly) ;-)
