One thing you will see is how they looked at the mafia being behind killing JFK because of his brother, Bobby Kennedy going hard after the mafia. It will focus on Sam Giacanna, wrong spelling,mafia crime boss, as he bragged how he used his labor connection votes to put JFK into the white house. He felt the Kennedys owed him a favor and became very irate over what he felt was a betrayal by them.
Sam Giacanna was also connected to Jack Ruby that killed Lee Harvey Oswald.
Frank Sinatra was the link between the Kennedys and Sam Giacanna. Could be interesting. Of course JFK's father, Joe Kenndy had a link with the mafia as he made his fortune running bootleg liquor from Canada to the U.S. during prohibition.

I was also in about 2nd or 3rd Grade and saw the below Rifle in a Bicycle shop and I begged my Mother to get it but she said NO :-(
Oswald?s Carcano Model 91/38 fired a 6.5x52mm round.
The round dates back to the late 1880?s, so even at the time of the JFK assassination it could hardly be considered a revolutionary cartridge. Same goes with MANY good cartridges still in use today.
The ballistics are fairly impressive for the round?s age. The round could fire a 162gr bullet at up to 2,300 feet per second. More below:

I was a freshman in high school when Kennedy was assassinated and they let school out early that day. I didn't pay any attention to politics and didn't know if he was a Democrat or a Republican. I was happy about getting out of school though. I was more concerned if the trout were biting in the creek below the house.
The report will probably be like 47,000 pages long and there will be that many interpretations as to what happened.

Dear Homer, I disagree with your feelings 100%.
I lived through Duck and Cover Drills and the Nuclear Threat from Russia and saw many neighbors dig Fall Out Shelters.
Each being a Family Man. Those were very scary times, even for me, a child who didn't understand adult matters.
Then Kennedy made the Moon accessible. Much resulted and all for the Positive. The Nation was a Team. I sure hope you do know History.
Negative Nanny lines do not help anything, ever.

This happened in Davis California at a small country school ,I remember the Teachers crying and running from the play ground and going back inside the class rooms. We all followed them back and we were told what had happened, later on my friend and I went out to the front of the school to get a drink from the water fountain ,when we noticed a car driving up to where we were at and two young women got out and went to the Flag pole and pulled the flag down and stomped on it and said cussing "the DAMN ASS PRESIDENT HAS BEEN SHOT" as they sped off we went and told the Teachers what had happened and wasn't half an hour and two FBI agents showed up and asked questions about the Gals and what they said, we were told that they had ripped other flags down and that they were upset about the President. True story, I know a lot of you were still floating in your Dads ball sack when this happened but on a scale of 1-10 how do you rate this story ?
