"IF" This Guy had a Tail Light out, a simple Traffic stop ( Like Oklahoma Lad [Bomber] )....would be stopped.

Had the crazy guy been stopped for something simple, possibly the Church shootings may not have happened.
Some of the biggest arrests have and shall grow from basic Traffic Stops.
