Which of all there is (above link); was your choice of tires...????

I ask because I am looking for romp stomper tires and also, the tire chains I remember that are true chains and have small/large V's welded into the cross section of the Chains (Aggressive). Such chains may be old school and no longer sold. Sure not sold in California despite we get more snow than most places East of us.

You offered up a Picture. My question (Due to confusions in tire Codes) is the same.

Be specific to my above question(s) so many other members may learn.

I never asked "WHY" this tire Model if you or we drive on Pavement so often of is your choice to simply have your ground vehicle "Look" neat...? I never asked such questions.

Honor's to old me... Many Bad Guys were Killed.

I was in the life of the F-101 Voo-Doo based out of Hamilton AFB,195_ through 1960's,(Marin Ca) later due to Politicians, long overrun by... things I detest....yet such is reality. Strategic Air Command vs Russia has speed on its mind. I fully know speed.

But this practice jet is lower in speed but may be checked out if you have the authorization. Leave Sacramento, have lunch in Florida and be Home by 3 pm. Was I asking about truck tires...?

I Don't own any 'Main Street' 4X4's!

Didn't Buy them for their Looks!

They are Quieter down the Hi-Way than most Aggressive Tires I've Run,but I Could care Less about Hi-Way Performance!

They Have a Fair amount of Tread Depth & Will hold/Keep Chains from Spinning on the Tires!

In my Opinion once a Tire is 1/2 Worn out it is JUNK!

There are lots of Tires out there that don't have much Tread Depth Brand New,I Won't Buy Junk like that!

Dear Mr. Elk

I was yanking your chain in the dept of "Need for Speed"...and in General Guy-to-Guy-Holiday Joys.

I bought TOYO MT's for the Daughters 3/4 ton 4x4 because she Hunts a lot..she may go Bear Hunting alone Tomorrow.

I gave my Wife's Expedition these, TOYO RT's

Both Girls say the tires are QUIET and handle great.

I might get the MT's for my Eco-Boost or the brand You bought. As you may imagine, I get into the Sh^t

I have always felt, for off road, narrow tractor thread tires were best but you had to bring them and change them onto the vehicle once off road. They would melt if driven at hwy speeds. I used to get (1970's) Firestone Retread Improved Tractor Tires. They were narrow and dug down past mud to harder soils and keep you moving well. Now, everyone seeks wide tires ... ?

Like Feddoc & Homer may attest, Flying is must more enjoyable over land than driving. I used to land and my buddies had all the rigs & gear.

I Like the looks of the TOYO MT you posted!

I Just Took TOYO M55's off & Put the PIRELLIS on!

The M55's Wore Good & Necer a Problem!

But!

When an M55 Wears down to about 1/2 Tread,the Center part of the Tread becomes worthless for Traction!

The center of the Tread on M55's is not cut as deep as the Outer Tread Edges!

Hey Eel I got one of those new Rad Rover mountain bikes for Christmas
Having a blast on it and the power is amazing. Goes right up the hill and quiet as well.
I showed the Misses the advertisement about it and she bought it for me.
Going to try it up at the Cove in the spring when we go Steelhead fishing

yes that is the one and it is an frickin blast to ride. It is just as he said it is and every bit as fun.

I can't wait to take it up hunting next year as I am getting an lot older and just want to get to the top of the mountain again and hunt.

I am outfitting mine to have a place to put fishing poles and gold panning gear for when I am up there in the summer.

I got mine on Black Friday and it was about $250 off and right after I bought mine they were sold out.

I did some checking and this is the best one on the marker for the money. Bar none

DeerHunter53, outstanding on the RadRover! I haven't got one yet.....but it's been so tempting! I think you inspired me.

The company was started by a guy who lived back in the mountains of Southern Humboldt. He built his first electric bike to ride to high school.

They sure get excellent reviews!
