Not knowing when asked I told them my brother in law is in law enforcement in Phoenix area and sure enough I was out of there toot sweet.

I get called every year and they say it is random. Every year and sometimes twice a year what's the deal

Does anyone on here really know how they pick you besides when you register to vote

In my state jurors come from a list of registered voters and licensed drivers.

Just tell them you have an enlarged prostrate and have to go frequently.

Homer is correct, that's NOT the jury a guy wants to find himself on!!!
I was called and did my duty and it totally botched up an archery deer hunt yet as soon as I showed up, the case was settled. What a waste of time and a bigger waste of hunting vacation time!!!

When you turn 70 you no longer have to worry, fine a good Dr. to give you an excuse why you can not serve on jury for that long of time.
