Gosh, age and medical issues creep up, slow, slow as time itself.

How do we move from Elementary & High School through College then Graduate School + Building a Family and now, Kid Dr's tell us, we need a Shower Bar.

I'm hoping I can bounce back one more time. Just not getting the exercise but I'm trying. Parents are becoming hard to take care of. It's a real challenge .

I haven't been on the treadmill for a month or two and I can, in that short amount of time, really feel it. Some say drinking wine is better than beer and I don't drink lots of either. Wine has been my go-to lately but I think it may be too many sugars. I can't really do hardstuff....that buzz doesn't always treat me too well.

I have read on https://www.theenergyblueprint.com/red-light-therapy-ultimate-guide/ that the red light therapy can work wonders on anti-aging. I haven't tested it personally, but hope that it can help with my skin-issues and anti aging
