There has been a metric $h!t ton of reasons before this.

We quit doing business with B of A many years ago. They will charge you fees that other banks will not and they and Wells Fargo are famous to get every penny from you in the way of banking fees. Even if you have a good size account with them.

Fox news has an article that states Bank of America has made the decision not to make any loans to companies that make AR style rifles. Sounds like B.of A. just joined the anti gun crowd.

I quit BofA when I moved from Kali. To big, not user friendly. The yjust keep getting worse. Same with Wells Fargo.
