Ah forget smoking. Do you guys think this one is ok for sushi?

LAST EDITED ON Jun-22-18 AT 00:02AM (MST)[p]LOL! It's been previously frozen so it's dead. Scrape that one off and cook the fish or smoke it. They all have them. Wussy!
 
And by the way, it's best to smoke fresh salmon. When it's been frozen the cells in the meat rupture and when its smoked it's kind of mushy, not near the quality of fresh.
