Drugs bad II

The number one argument for the legalization of pot is it will take away the criminal side no more illegal grows. I guess they are wrong.

Lol just call the clean weed organic and the other stuff regular like they do with groceries.

Bessy, it was 31 summers ago.

Most of the people thought legalization meant do whatever you want with out law enforcement bothering you. Boy, were they surprised...lol.

Testing, track and trace, along with about 10 new taxes and fees and permits. Welcome to business in America.

Legal growers and sellers can't compete with the black market. Some people still use the legal dispensaries though, and they will pay a premium.

It will all depend on enforcement. Without proper compliance checks, even the licensed dispensaries will buy from the cheaper black market and try to pass it off as legal.

You have to have a permit to grow, but it's estimated there are 8-10,000 unpermitted grows in Humboldt Co. They pop one every couple weeks but that won't stop anything.

The big money is still growing it here and smuggling it out to States where it's not legal. That won't change.
