My wife?s best friend is high up on the food chain for the USPS.
She told the story of a mail carrier in St Louis Mo who has a driving route (so no walking) but has to have a DL. He lost his license for multiply DUI?s. So did they fire him you ask like they would do for anyone else that has a job that requires you to drive? NO! They are/we're paying another postal worker to drive the truck so the offender could still deliver the mail and keep his job.
