I've met a lot of the family. The boys are always willing to help. Guided my son on his first cow elk hunt. I've felt all of them to be nothing short of selfless. 2lumpy would give you the shirt off his back.

Indeed. I am sleeping in the truck right now waiting for my first day in the thousand lakes for this year. Lumpy showed me around last year and taught me a lot about a unit I've. Ever stepped foot in. Was able to also meet one of his boys and I can say they are a top notch group of people. BigJohns not bad but he had to keep rubbing in salt with pictures of big bucks I was not seeing. Six more hours or so and I can't sleep I'm so excited to be down here again.

I wondered where you where opening weekend. 2lumpy's boy Scott already tagged out on a nice buck. Maybe he will post a picture ? Cody drew a expo tag and is on another unit. For the first few hours of opening morning we didn't see a person. We even had a few bucks at 150 yards move closer to 75 yards. I had my 81 year old dad and mom with me. This weekend I will be alone I think. Maybe we will see you on the mountain ?

Homer- I never needed the shirt but he did make me homemade bread from scratch one morning. The guy can do it all.
