I don't mean self pride eel. I think that's something very important for all to have. I mean ego, where it seems being perceived to be correct is more important than being corrected. We all wish to advance our knowledge but when a debate is encountered most seem to go for being "right" over everything else. Almost everything I've ever learned was a direct result from being wrong...

It's just something I ponder from time to time...

I think an ego is like most things in life. Good in moderation.

It is easy to perceive the ego of a person as a negative attribute to the person which it belongs. It is much more difficult to see the positive attributes one's ego has to the other people which are around said person.
