What hunt do you have south cache or meadowville
Meadowville is a very tuff hunt unless you pay one of the private ranches to hunt
You hunting archery or rifle, muzzleloader

I had this tag a few years ago as well. I went a little different route but had an awesome time with great memories. If your planning on sticking to public ground pray for cooler weather and keep after it. The weather will get them moving a little more. I am assuming you have a rifle tag is it early or the late tag? I would suggest looking Otter Creek and the north end of Long Ridge. In my experience if it stays hot you'll have a short window at first light and in the evening that you will catch them. Other than that they will be buried like a tick in the thick stuff.

My son drew the late rifle for the same unit. A lot of the bulls we've seen on the public have been pushed onto private or to the south cache in the last couple weeks. We are going back up on the 17th to scout, so if you need an extra couple sets of eyes pm me and we'll let you know where we are seeing Bulls.
