Although sad, and unfortunate, these things happen as a part of the life cycle of nature.

[/font]This is a real bummer!! My family hunts this heard fairly often, and we need all the elk we can get. Wish they would have went after them to salvage the meat. The heard there on Look out Mt is over objective. The real problem with the herd size is most reside on private and the Ranchers wont allow hunting or have fee hunting. I'm fine with all of that till they start complaining and want reimbursed for damages.
