We hunted very hard for this old bull. We searched long and hard in some extremely rough country and finally found what we were looking for. We had got some storms that put down some snow and that helped in finding him. When we spotted the bull we took off hiking and pushed as hard as we could to get to him. We executed a good stalk and got in close. After gutting him we had to hike for hours and hours in the dark to get back to our spike camp. That night the wind blew so hard it broke the poles in our tent. It was a wild adventure and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Hunting together with family is as good as it gets.
