"Bulls Still Packing"

What have you guys been seeing in your areas? Are majority of the bulls still packing or have most of them lost the head gear? Seems here in UT quite a few of them are still packing and holding on strong. Just wondering what other people have been seeing.

Saw two different herds in Park City this weekend. Both had bulls still packing. One had probably half the elk in the herd still with antlers. All were smaller bulls.

FWIW, saw elk in Colorado with every configuration; no antlers, one antler, and velvet growing already, these were not yearling spikes.
