Montana Elk Permit / 690-20

Friends - the drawing season is off to a good start. I drew a New Mexico Antelope tag, and just found out I drew a Montana 690-20 rifle elk tag in the Bear Paws.

I'm happy to pay, I just want the best hunt - for the biggest bull possible. Any help is greatly appreciated?
