I found a badlands backpack and would love to get it back to its owner! I found it up S fork canyon road coming off of east weber canyon road out of Oakley, I found it toward that huge rock slide the 4 wheeler road goes through, if they can tell me whats in the backpack I would love to get it back to them, also if anyone else has suggestions on where else to post this please let me know! thanks!

Stolen, or not secured so it fell out?

Twice I've had gear I thought was stolen, or left at a wilderness campsite.

Once never found the equipment and will never know if it was lifted from the back of my truck while restocking supplies at a grocery store. Or left it next to the truck. I remember taking it out to load elk quarters and thought I put it back in the truck but will never know. I do know Kali plates in ID/MT can cause some folks to do things they wouldn't normally do.

And once getting ready to pack out of the Pecks wilderness I set a pair of binoculars away from the horses so they wouldn't get stepped on while loading the horses. Got to the trailhead and after unloading everything, no binos. Wasn't worth a 24 mile round trip ride for a pair of $450.00 binos. I upgraded and several years later, going through my tack, I found those old Leopoldo binos.

So the first scenario is still a mystery.
