NV Late Elk units 221 - 223

I finally drew the late rifle elk hunt for game units 221, 222, 223 in NV. Haven't hunted or even driven through this country before. Any of you that have hunted these units for deer or elk would have some thoughts I could use.

Again any thoughts or direction or experiences you would like to share are appreciated.
