Had a great archery hunt with my father (who turns 70 on 10/14) and my two brothers in Colorado this year. Had some stress knowing we burnt a fair amount of points but we ended up with three good bulls. Sure wish we coulda got that 4th bull down, wasn't for lack of effort, and there were some decent bulls passed holding out for a better one...just didn't happen. Still very thankful!!

3 for 4 on great bulls is awesome for any state for Elk. Something to be real proud and a badge of archery honor.

Congratulations! That looks like an outstanding hunt. I am particularly cheered to see your 70 year old father out there gettin 'er done. I'm 61 years old and have been wondering how long I can keep on doing it. I guess if I live right and fate does not deal me a bad hand (bad knee injury, for example), at least theoretically I could hunt another 9 years after this year!

Some great looking Bulls. This a hunt that will be talked about for years after years for the whole family.
Hope you guys can do a Deer hunt now and pull off another great family hunt.
