I don't know how to look up draw odds. I have 22 points for limited entry elk.

I had been doing san juan. I'm done waiting. Am I close enough to draw premium bookcliffs?

How can I figure that out?

Thanks, I'm not very smart with the internet and odds. Its actually the multi season permit I was thinking.

Where I could hunt archery, rifle, muzzy, and late.

Kinda where my mind is, after all these years putting in San Juan, I heard I still have many people in my same pool. I could be a few more years out. And honestly I don't really care, I just want to hunt, and I'll get a lot with that multi season permit.

Depends on your resident status.

If NR: only multi-season bonus tag option is Wasatch for NRs. Yes, there are a few others that offer multi season, but not with a bonus tag that you can draw.

If resident: You can draw book cliffs regular, but not roadless. Again, there are no bonus tags there so your points don't help you.

I'm a lifetime resident. and sorry forgot to specify.
I want the Roaded area. not roadless.

will 22 pts. get the multiseason, roaded hunt?

You should be in pretty good shape. 2015 took 19 points to guarantee a tag, in 2016 is was 20, and 2017 1 out of 4 got a tag with 20 points. So with 22, not a guarantee, but almost.

Should be guaranteed that tag this year. You also should be guaranteed the Manti or Dutton premium tag as well, and a chance at SW Desert.

Not sure if you're set on Book Cliffs, and if you are, I'm sure that would be an incredible hunt if you have the time to be out there utilizing all the seasons, but figured I'd point out a couple other good units you could draw as well.
