Not fenced but it's the Hanford nuclear area they once in awhile range off in to private but then it's big money to hunt them

Same thing here in Idaho Falls. Our INL Site is about 890 sq. miles. There are plenty of big elk and mules that live out there. The desert hunt in August gets a few of them killed when they go onto the private hay fields. Security guys find a lot of sheds, but aren't allowed to take any.
