Kamas/Oakley

Anyone having any luck finding the elk in this unit? Seeing tons of deer but no elk. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I've covered as much ground as I possibly can from the north end/Smith and more house to the south end as far as you can go up mirror lake highway. I've spent a ton of time glassing the west side and any other open face and peak but haven't seen a thing. Seems like there would be enough snow up high to get them moving down but maybe not.

Actually did see a few pretty nice bucks. With all the private ground where we were seeing them they've got it made.
