Could be a legal bull in Colorado if that weird horn went out straight for brow tine. Saw one like that in Colorado and didn't know it was legal until I talked to the Game Warden

What is Utah's rule? Idaho and Oregon state a single non branching horn on at least one side. Both horns branch.

In Utah no branches above the ear and it's legal. It can have three spikes sticking up as long as there are no branches above the ears. The more the merrier below the ear Stubaby!

Idaho actually states that both horns have to be a true spike. If either side forks at all it is not legal in a spike hunt in Idaho.

As far as Utah goes though, I believe the rule is that at least one side can have no forks above the ear.
