I know it's do-able, but can you have quality Rut hunts in both states from say the 13th of Sept until the 28th...A good week (7) days in each state with a travel day...

I would think so, in my area they rut into the first week of October most years.

I've had bulls screaming every day during those dates and I've had bulls not calls much on those dates depending on a ton of factors. If I could only hunt two weeks from Sept 1 to October 15 for a rut hunt those would be the two weeks so I think you have good odds of having two really good hunts.
