Has anyone heard of these Packs before? If so, what are your thoughts?A few weeks back, they were selling these packs at the Arizona Sportsman Show. They seem to be a great pack for the price.

I bought one of their packs last summer at a show in Prescott. Be prepared to wait a little while for them to get it to you. They are very well made and worth every penny. I used mine last year on several hunts. Excellent product.

I just ordered two pack systems from them today, one for me and one for a friend. I saw them at a sportsman expo and finally ordered them. They look to be a great product and can't wait to get mine but, they do take a while to get them. They told me that I wouldn't get mine until sometime in July but thats ok, don't need them until this fall.

A couple of my buddies bought them last summer. Great designs, but they both had issues with production quality. Their plastic snap buckles seemed to be a common weak point, with both of them having buckles break or fail to stay fastened under normal use. The sewn seams that attach the straps to the bag were not made for heavy use, and they each had at least one seam fail in the field. No comparison to the quality of Badlands products, though their designs may be better.

I bought a Wolfpack last year at the Prescott show and though it took a while to get the pack, the communications, price and service were great. I used the WolfPack on 2 hunts and had trouble with the Straps, the zippers and the Buckles. The design of the pack was exactly what I was looking for in a Pack, but I was not pleased with with numerous buckles failing on me, and especially when I was on the backside of a mountain in Colorado. Also watch the stitching on the straps that attach to the bag. And the rubber pull tabs on the zippers came off and disappeared. I ended up selling my Wolfpack and buying a Badlands pack, which has a Lifetime warranty, no questions asked.

I ordered one at the AZ Expo also. They seemed like great packs and the show special price was hard to beat. They have a no questions asked lifetime warranty also. Hopefully they've improved their pack construction somewhat and corrected those problems mentioned with the stitching and buckles.

My brother in law has one, and had zipper failures as well. I bought a Eberle pack with the built in rifle scabbard and h2o bladder and it worked great on a six day hunt in Idaho last year. The silent suede camo pack converts from a 1600ci day pack into a 3700ci meat hauler with a simple zipper. It will be my last pack. Sportsman Warehouse now carries them as well as www.eberlestock.com

I think I'll write them and let them know about these problems.

I just spoke with the guys at Wolf Pack. They said that some of their earlier models did have problems but have made improvements to correct these items on their new models. They also said to return your pack if you have problems and they'll fix the matter.

I bought the whole system at the outdoor expo last year and have used them quite a few times since then. They are a great product and I am very happy with them. They go anywhere and have way more than enough room. They are extremly comforatable and well built, but thats just my opinion.

I bought a pack last year too and have loved it.

Wolf Pack Systems was doing a show special last year to use it as a development period. They have found all the weak points in their packs and will be coming out with the best pack ever in June/July.
They had a sample of some of the new ones at the Sportsmans Expo.
The new stuff coming this year will blow everything else out of the water.

Their warranty is an unconditional warranty, so if any of you got the old stuff, then return it for the new and better stuff coming this summer.

Sounds interesting. I'm looking for a new pack.
Anyone have a website? And what's the price range?

Thanks

I have tried the packs myself. I think it is an awsome product. I would buy another one in heartbeat.

Eberelstock still cant be beat! It is the single best pack system in it's class! There's a pile of guys that use them. Go to the product review section of M&M or do search of all forums for eberlestock and just read the testimonials.
