BEST POWER AUGER???

I'M THINKING ABOUT RETIRING MY RIGHT ARM & AUGER & THINKING ABOUT BUYING A POWER AUGER!!!

JUST WONDERING IF ANY OF YOU GUYS KNOW WHICH AUGER IS THE BEST BUILT???

ESKIMO??? JIFFY??? STRIKEMASTER??? ETC???

I'M LOOKING INTO AN AUGER THAT WILL CUT AT LEAST AN 8" HOLE!!!

I'M LOOKING FOR QUALITY,NOT A CHEAP PRICE,SOMETHING THAT WILL LAST!!!

ANY & ALL INFO IS APPRECIATED!!!

THE ONLY bobcat WANTING TO DRILL A HOLE THROUGH THE ICE WITH THE PULL OF A TRIGGER!!!

Hey Bobcatbess
I live in Wis. and I use a Jiffy. I have had it since 1989. My dad also has a Jiffy. He has had his since 1980. In my opinion they are the best. We have used them in ice up to 40 inches thick in Minn.

D13er, only 12" of ice will hold the largest of pickups. Up here in northern Minnesota the ice is still about 20"-40" thick as of today(March 1). To get back on the subject, Jiffy is probably the best, but I would not buy an auger smaller than a 10". Never know when you get boss hog on and need a big hole to pull him up through. And with the bigger hole you will rarely need to pull your elecrtonics out of the hole and out of the way when pulling a fish through it.

Cowboy up cupcake! I thought those motorized augers were banned in Altamont!!! Besides, all that noise is sure to cause the fish shock and despair! If I see one of those things on the pond, dripping gas into the water, its definatley getting a high elevation tuneup!!!

The only bobcat who uses an axe!!!!!

AN AXE IS FINE FOR THAT 2" THICK ICE IN KALI!!!

BESIDES YOU PROBALY CAN'T LEAGALLY CATCH FISH IN KALI ANYWAY!!!

REMEMBER,NOYZ CAN BE HEARD HERE IN UTARD,IN KALI I'LL BET ITS JUST A CONTINUOUS RUMBLE THAT NEVER QUITS!!!

CAN I BORROW YOUR POLARIS???

MAYBE IT WILL DRIP SOME OIL ON THE ICE???

THERES 30" OF ICE ON SOME OF THESE LAKES,I'D LIKE TO SEE HOW MANY HOLES YOU CAN CHOP IN ONE DAY!!!
