no steelhead today. Went out with high hopes as conditions seemed perfect. As you can see the river looks great. Very few people out.

Maybe next time

Not too far south of your stompin grounds on the Mad. Van Duzen. I can usually count on a little action here. It should get better from now to the end of season. Weather permitting of course.

Great pics , yep thats some good lookin water too . I hope to get out real soon , water is low here in NM , but a friend of mine was up at the San Juan a couple weeks back and had a good day , nothing big at all , but alot of action....NMHUNTNUTT
