Hopeful. Do you spend much time chasing the lil buggers? Are you comparing this year's population to past years?
The hatch/population in NE Kali is fantastic this year. Took 45 birds in Nov and have only been out once this month and it was still good. Now that the holidays are over, I'm gonna get back after them. Friends that regularly hunt Nv have been doing as well as I have also. Good luck.
