Has anyone ever been to this town in s/e Arizona, it is about 30 miles east of Benson, AZ??

NO, but a friend who moved to Pearce back in July from Idaho is now going to sell the place they bought and return to Post Falls, Id. He can't handle the heat with his bad "ticker".
The house is 1,400 sq. ft. and wants to sell it for $103,000 a 3 bd. 1 bath house with two car garage.

Pearce is south of I-10 between Benson and Willcox, AZ. It's just off the Dragoon Mountains, unit 30B. I don't spend much time up that way, even though I live a little over an hour away. Nice, small, rural community. Many retirees.
