Fishing on Lake Mead

Not a bad night's fishing...I put in the 2007 photo to show how the fishing's actually got a little better this year despite the water level down to an all time low.

I forgot to put in that I only fish at night, and use floating crappie lights, and lots of my "secret sauce" chum.

It seems to work OK, don't you think?

Been taking kids out,it is a blast, they catch a lot too.

I award a trip to a pair of the top kids in my Hunter Ed classes, so it kinda keeps them focused.

Trying to keep them awake, now that is the problem!

I live in Kingman. We do two resident hunter ed classes a year. One in March, one in August..

They are two-weekend classes.

Pretty neat, huh?

NICE DON!!!

BEEN A FEW YEARS SINCE I FISHED MEAD!!!

CAUGHT QUITE A FEW STRIPERS & WIPERS!!!

OH,AND THE SCENERY WASN'T BAD EITHER!!!

ME & MY FRIEND WERE THE ONLY JOKERS FISHING!!!

WHILE WE WERE THERE A HIPPY DECIDED TO SPEND THE NIGHT IN A CULVERT THAT WENT UNDER THE ROAD,THEY FOUND HIM DEAD,SCORPIONS GOT HIM & THERE'S SOME FAIR SIZED ONES IN THAT COUNTRY!!!

GREAT JOB ON TAKING THE KIDS FISHING!!!





SOMTIMES TO GET IN ON A PISSCUTTER IT TAKES SOME STEALTH!!!
