Warmer weather = Bass Fishing!!

Most the hunts are gone, weather is warming up....... start firing up your fishing poles. Figured its that time of year again, so now we can shift gears and concentrate on fishing. Heres a few pictures to get you fired up to go. This was a 5 day trip we took, thumb was so sore and bloody from liping fish that I could hardly pick my nose.....

I dont completely trust most scales, so the weight is probably within a half pound or so.

We caught a ton of 5 lbs and less. I think I estimated that I caught around 180 fish on the 2nd day (my best day). You know its a good time when both thumbs are getting too sore and you start to flinch when it comes time to lip another one.

Nice bunch of Bass! About 7 lbs is my personal best from northern Cali waters so i can understand your enthusiasm. Were you fishing a Mexico lake?

We pulled our boat down to Lake Bacarac in Mexico. I recommend trying to make that trip someday, its definitely worth it.

real nice fish, i been to lake gurerra (sp), in 3 days of fishing we caught about 500-700 fish, i personally went thru 300 plastic worms and lost a few spinner baits. biggest bass caught was 7 pounds with a few bigger fish lost at the side of boat
