Gone Fishing??

If anybody cares to post their good or bad Fortune out on the Lake, river, stream, or creek...you could do it here!!

I spent a very enjoyable day with Larrbo of MM out on Lake Almanor in his nice Design Concept jet boat today. We trolled a variety of lures down 8-14' for a mixed bag of Browns, rainbows, and king salmon. Not sure how many we hooked or boated but it was a good day. The big one got away, of coarse, and larry caught the most but on a day like today, who cares. We kept 5 nice ones in the 18-20" range and i just wonder why i don't do this more often!!

What a great day. Snow capped Mt. Lassen hovering over Lake Almanor, a bald eagle flys overhead and spending time with a friend fishing. This is why we love the outdoors and just being out there in what nature has to offer. And it's nice when you catch a few fish too. Thanks for a good day Joey.

Not really an enjoyable day on Brownlee but my crew knocked out 50 crappie before the wind got unmanageable. 15mph+ with gusts up to 25 on the way in. Pretty good catch under the conditions.
