cva optima nw

I am new to muzzle loading. I know that everyone has their favorite rifle. I am on a budget of about $400 dollars and live in Idaho, so we have to Be "special"! What are your thoughts on the CVA Optima NW (cap exposed to the elements and no scope) rifle. Is there a better muzzle stuffer that is Idaho compliant for the money. I like the idea of the CVA because it has the quick release breach plug, which makes cleaning easier. It is stainless. Fiber optic sights , but will change the back to a peep sight. I have never owned a muzzleloader, just need some advice from some seasoned veterans. Thanks

Sportsmen's warehouse has a traditions nw magnum for under $400.00
I think it is the Vortex model.

I have an Optima NW coming in mid next week. I'll let you know about it once it arrives.
