remove the rear section of the stock. Get a can of birchwood casey GUN Scrubber and just spray that action out.You can not take it apart without the proper jig. Once its dry, follow up and spray the action again with Barricade to relube and protect the internals.

Thanks Frontier. Would brake cleaner work to clean it out? Just looking for other options as I don't Have the products you mentioned. Fixing the blow back problem would solve all these issues. I shoot granular 777 and Winchester 777 primers. Do you have any suggestions as for as other cleaner and lube options for the frame? Would the shim kit work on a pre v2 accura?

NO! Brake cleaner will remove the nickel finished.
Your regular smokeless bore cleaner will work to clean the blow by fouling off, some 0000 steel wool soaked in the cleaner will also help, just dont scrub hard or else you can cut through and remove the finish.
Inside the frame though, I'd really like for the gun scrubber or CLP in the aerosol can.

Yes it will work on the first gen Accura's.
