Way late in publishing this, but the forum has been kind of slow unless you are discussing the Hyde buck or Expo tickets. I posted it on the utahwildlife forum, but not here as it isn't a monster by any means. After a 20 year break from hunting I started muzzle loader again last year. Last day of the hunt last year I was able to take a fork and was hooked again. After spending the hunt seeing everything I couldn't shoot (elk, moose, etc) I finally got into some bucks. After having some technical difficulties I was finally able to get this guy on the last morning. The only shot I had was with him facing me. The bullet ended up going in the chest and out the back leg. Even without the buck, the hunt was amazing.

Wow, great and unique buck! I would have punched my tag with him!

Great buck! I love the 3 antlers how they form that crown look. Very clean looking!

What rifle,powder,bullet did you use?

LAST EDITED ON Feb-16-15 AT 08:10PM (MST)[p]Thanks for all the compliments. It was a great hunt. I used a cva buckhorn, 2 50 grain pyrodex pellets, barnes tmz, and a traditions scope. I have upgraded to a TC triumph bc, bh209, same traditions scope, and tmz for this year. Had some sight problems with the cva.
