My new CVA Optima has the high comb stock to align your eye to a scope but It is hard to line up the open sights.Question ?
Do they make higher mounted sights for this rifle ,better for shooting .

Only the thumbhole stock has a high comb.

Mine must be an exception.Though not as high as a thumb hole stock it is still tohigh.The cheek comb is to high to line up open sights.Going to Williams Gun Sight next week.Williams said they have had this problemoften and make a front sight replacement and a high base for the rear sight.Should help me out. Arround $30 but it is about 175 miles from my house.Have to make a road trip.

A local sporting goods had the Wolf on Clearance for $119.99 could not pass that up. Put in my Blackhorn breachplug from my Optima.
They only had one Wolf left at that price after I bougt mine ,I sent my son there to buy it today.
