Best Muzzleloader?

I was able to draw out for Utah dedicated general deer this year and I am looking into upgrading my muzzle loader set up. It has been awhile since I have even looked into muzzleloaders and I am wondering what is the best muzzleloader on the market in the 350-650 price range? Also, what is the best red dot scope out there that is legal for Utah hunting? Any suggestions to help me start in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

I am not sure about the gun, there are plusses and minuses with them all. All I can say is don't buy an inline Thompson center if you ever want to shoot conicals (like for hunting in Colorado). They have a false muzzle that is many times cut off center with the barrel and makes conicals not shoot well.

As far as a red dot, I just love my Aimpoint Pro. 2 MOA dot (which is nice) and many people talk about how there 1X scope is actually less than normal vision and the image is smaller through the scope than with normal vision. This is not the case with this scope. You can shoot it with both eyes open. Set me back $450, but works great on my wife's AR-15 too! Installs and removes by hand!
