209 Primer, Hodgdon 777 50 grain pellets, pushing Hornady 50 CAL SABOT LOW DRAG? WITH 45 CAL 300 SST? BULLET.

My questions is to those shooing this setup, do you like 100 or 150 grain(2 or 3 pellets)? What dose your Muzzle Loader like?

What other Sabots or Powerbelt bullets are you shooting?

I also put a Vortex SPITFIRE 1X PRISM SCOPE on it. Any one using this?

100 grains (pellets) will probably be more accurate than 150.
Your SST300 is overkill for deer. But hey, dead is dead..... right?

My first choice in lead bullets are from Precision Bullet (prbullet.com)
My first choice in copper-clad are any bullet design by Barnes.
My first choice in all copper bullet are the Knight Bloodline bullets.

I am not a fan of 1X scopes, unless that's all your state allows. Mine are begin at either 3 or 4X.

Yep, currently the Knight bloodline bullets only come in sabot form. The inventor of these bullets is working on some conicals, but they are not available currently.
