Hey everyone, I just picked up a White Bison G-series .451 Cal rifle was wondering if you all had any recommendations for loads, bullets, or any general advise. I'm fairly new to hunting with one of these so any advise is appreciated.

Thanks,

My favorite in my .451 Green Mountain, is a paper patched RCBS 11mm rifle bullet. I use 80 gr of pyrodex P with an over powder wad. The bullet will be right at 408 to 409 grains.

I also have a .451 Super 91 but haven't shot it but a few times. From what I know and have read, for powder either Pyrodex P or 777. For conical bullets, either No Excuses, Bullshops, or White Power Punch. Not sure about which sabots if that's an option for you. All of the bullets are sold by individual shops so not available in normal stores. Also it's best to use a #11 cap and no need to convert to the .209 primers.
