Hornady FPBs in a CVA??

Pikemasterflex asked me about using the hornady FPB in a new CVA V2. I know that the older CVAs were too small for these bullets to load easily. Will the newer guns load and shoot them?

I've shot dozens through mine and can't seem to get the FPB to group well.

Thank you for starting this thread!

I appreciate your input. So assuming a CVA Optima V2 Nitride barrel, BH209 powder, BH plug from CVA, what is going to be my "money load"?

You guys are great. I'm hoping to kill my first bull this year in CO. Thanks for your input!

You have to contact him and get him to send you a sizing kit to determine what size to order. So if you decide to try them you need to order now!

I told you my other choices on your original thread.

I'm shooting the TMZs out of my Optima. They're snug, but definitely manageable. They hold a tight group. Wondering if the TEZs would be too loose?
